YesStyle or Olive Young: who ships to your country, shipping, tax and returns

Olive Young publishes one shipping rule for almost every country: free shipping from US$ 60, and US$ 25 below that. YesStyle publishes a time and a free-shipping threshold for each country. In the UK, Canada and Australia, Olive Young's delivery times are shorter than YesStyle's Premium Standard, but YesStyle's free-shipping threshold is lower in Australia (US$ 35, against US$ 60).

What changes between the two:

• Countries: YesStyle publishes shipping and times for 23 of the 24 countries in this comparison (all except Brazil). Olive Young Global has a shipping line for 10 of them, and the US goes through its own American store.
• Free shipping: Olive Young asks for US$ 60 in most countries. YesStyle asks for US$ 35 to US$ 45 in much of Europe, in Australia and in Hong Kong, and US$ 50 or US$ 60 in others.
• Tax: Olive Young collects the tax at purchase in the UK, Norway, Australia and Singapore, and in the EU since July 31, 2026; in other countries, it can be charged on delivery. YesStyle's rules for each country are in the tax section.
• Returns: Olive Young only accepts returns for defects or errors by the store, within 30 days. YesStyle gives you 14 days to request a return number.

Each row is a country; the last one covers the rest. The YesStyle column comes from the shipping table published on October 13, 2026. The Olive Young column comes from the shipping page read on October 21, 2026. Where a store does not publish a time or a shipping cost, the cell says so.

Where Olive Young does not publish a time for a country, the general rule in its shipping FAQ applies (free from US$ 60, US$ 25 below it; US$ 5 in Malaysia and Singapore). The time only appears at checkout, once you enter the address.

Five countries are not in the destination selector of the global store: Brazil, Spain, Argentina, Peru and the United States. In the US, Olive Young sells through its own American store. The Olive Young table also has an 'other regions' line (15 days, US$ 60) with no list of countries.

Delivery times are for shipping, not door to door. At YesStyle, the time for the item to leave the Hong Kong warehouse adds to the shipping time: an item in stock leaves in 1 to 3 business days. Olive Young shows only the shipping time, without the warehouse time. Do not add up the values of one store and the other: YesStyle counts business days, and Olive Young shows only “days”, without saying whether they are business days.

United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Where both stores deliver, Olive Young is faster in some cases: the UK (4 to 5 days, against 5 to 12 business days on YesStyle's Premium Standard), Canada (5 to 7, against 7 to 14) and Australia (4 to 5, against 6 to 8). YesStyle's Express is faster in some Asian markets, such as Hong Kong (1 to 3 days, against 3 to 5 for Olive Young), Japan and Singapore. Always compare the method of each store.

Free shipping. Olive Young frees shipping from US$ 60 in most countries in this comparison. In Taiwan the limit is US$ 35, and in Japan ¥ 3,900. YesStyle asks for US$ 35 in Hong Kong, Malaysia, the US (Standard) and Australia (Premium Standard); US$ 45 in continental Europe, Spain, Mexico and Colombia; US$ 50 in Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, the UK and Canada; and US$ 60 in Portugal, Chile, Peru and Argentina. Below the minimum, YesStyle charges between US$ 3 and US$ 8 in most countries.

Tax changes from country to country in both stores. At Olive Young, it is charged at checkout in some countries and left for delivery in others, at the customer's expense.

Olive Young. The page groups countries. In the UK, Norway, Australia and Singapore, the tax appears as charged at purchase. The UK may charge VAT and fees on orders above £ 135; Norway has 25% VAT, Australia 10% GST and Singapore 9%. In the EU, since orders placed on July 31, 2026, Olive Young calculates and charges at checkout the VAT of the destination country plus EUR 3 of import duty per HS code (customs category), once you enter the address; on orders under US$ 60 with shipping, the VAT also applies to the shipping. The store says nothing else is charged on delivery (notice of July 23, 2026, read on October 21, 2026). In Canada and Israel, the charge falls on delivery: Canada may charge VAT on orders above CA$ 20, and Israel charges fees above US$ 75, and the local carrier may charge a fee. Olive Young also does not accept returns or refunds of this tax or fee (EU fees FAQ, read on October 21, 2026).

YesStyle. The YesStyle delivery article (data of October 13, 2026) says that, since July 1, 2026, the EU charges € 3 per customs category on parcels under € 150, and that it currently pays this fee for the customer. Customs charges collected on delivery for orders under US$ 1,000 are refunded by the store as store credit if you send the proof within 30 days. Check the total for your address at checkout before you pay.

On Olive Young Global, returns cover only products with defects or the wrong item sent by the store. The request has to be made within 30 days of delivery, through a 1:1 consultation with customer service, with the order number and photos of the product. If the wrong item arrived, a photo of the parcel label is also needed. There are no exchanges and no returns for change of mind: an opened or used product does not come back. A parcel returned because of a customer error, such as a wrong address or no one to receive it, is not refunded either.

When the return is approved, Olive Young pays the return shipping and refunds to the original payment method, in 2 to 15 business days (returns page read on October 21, 2026). The store's shipping page also says the refund only goes out if the item comes back within 2 months, so send it back quickly.

YesStyle accepts more cases. Ask for an RMA number within 14 days of delivery, for change of mind or a size exchange, and ship the parcel within 30 days of the RMA being issued. Opened beauty products and supplements do not come back, and a skin reaction is not grounds for a refund. For a defect, the RMA is issued with photos and the store covers the shipping by air mail or registered post. The refund comes as store credit, usually within 7 days after processing; on request, it goes back to the payment method, within 14 business days or more (delivery article published on October 13, 2026).

Where Olive Young wins: the refund goes to the original payment method by default, not as store credit. Where YesStyle wins: it accepts change of mind and size exchanges, which Olive Young does not.

Olive Young Global has OY MEMBERS, which is free. Signing up gives you the BABY level right away. The other levels are recalculated on the first Monday of January and July, based on the previous half-year's purchases, and go up straight away if your current half-year purchases pass the limit. On the membership page read on October 21, 2026, the range for each level is as follows; the current level is valid until December 31, 2026.

Points are calculated on the product value, without the coupon discount, without what was paid with points, and without tax and shipping. A cancelled or refunded order is taken out of the account. One point is worth US$ 1 and only works for purchases on Olive Young Global itself, from at least 1 point. Points cannot be transferred to another person, and non-members do not earn or use points. The program does not work in Olive Young's physical stores in Korea.

There are earnings outside purchases too: up to 0.3 point per review, 5 points on the first app login and 0.5 point for creating a beauty profile. Whoever refers a friend gets 5% off, and the friend who signs up through the referral gets 10% off.

Anyone who passes US$ 300 in the half-year gets 2.5% back; anyone who buys less than US$ 120 stays at 0.5% or 1%. YesStyle points are not compared here.

Olive Young Global accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Apple Pay and Alipay (list of October 21, 2026). Prices are in US dollars (US$) or yen (¥), and the total charged can vary with the exchange rate on the day of the purchase.

YesStyle lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay (payment page, cited in the delivery article published on October 13, 2026). Prices are shown in dollars; in another currency, the store converts at its own rate when you place the order.

On both stores, the charge is in a foreign currency. YesStyle warns that your bank may charge an international transaction fee; the Olive Young shipping page does not cover this. Check which payment methods each store accepts for your country before you confirm the order.

If you live in the United States, do not buy from Olive Young Global. The store's own FAQ sends US addresses to OLIVE YOUNG US (us.oliveyoung.com), which has been a separate store since May 29, 2026. The global store ships to addresses outside the US, so the comparison for US buyers is with OLIVE YOUNG US.

On OLIVE YOUNG US, read on October 21, 2026 (page last updated on August 18, 2026):

• Standard shipping of US$ 6.95, free from US$ 35, values without taxes included.
• Up to 5 business days in the 48 contiguous states and up to 9 in Alaska and Hawaii.
• It does not ship to territories, abroad, PO boxes or military addresses.
• Returns within 30 days of delivery. Change of mind only with the product sealed and unused, and shipping and tax are deducted from the refund.
• Food and K-pop albums are final sale. There are no exchanges.
• A return made online is not valid at the US physical store, and the other way around.

For the US, YesStyle publishes Standard in 7 to 11 business days, free from US$ 35 (table of October 13, 2026). In both stores, free shipping starts at US$ 35; OLIVE YOUNG US promises a shorter time.

The global store's FAQ on eligible countries, read on October 21, 2026, says shipping is not available to countries that are not on the list, and gives Spain, Brazil and India as examples. Its destination selector has 61 destinations and no Brazil, Spain, Argentina, Peru or the United States. The shipping table, with the carrier for each country (DHL, FedEx, LX Pantos, UPS or KSE), also has no Brazil or Spain.

The store says the list can change: countries can be suspended or removed at any time. The 'other regions' line, of 15 days, does not say which countries it covers, and the FAQ talks about countries outside the list. So for Spain, Brazil, Argentina and Peru, the answer is the FAQ's: it is not shipped.

The pages we read do not give the reason those countries are missing, and this article does not guess one. YesStyle publishes no time or shipping cost for Brazil, and its pause notice for Brazil from July 3, 2026 is still up. For Spain, its table lists Standard in 10 to 15 business days, free from US$ 45.

CECILIA010 is a reward code, not a coupon. At YesStyle's checkout, it goes in the Reward Code field. According to this site's code sheet, checked on August 1, 2026, it gives up to 5% off the first order and 2% off the following ones, and it stacks with YesStyle's own coupons. YesStyle's coupons change and expire, so the current list is on the store page: YesStyle coupons.

Olive Young has no code from us in this comparison, and no coupon. What it gives members is in the program described above, and it can change.
