Quick answer

If you have already decided to use WordPress on Hostinger, the Premium plan covers up to three sites. Unlimited serves several sites or a store, with daily backups, and Cloud Startup is for heavy traffic. What decides the choice is the number of sites, the backup and the renewal price, in the table below.

Which plan for which project

Hostinger does not sell a WordPress-only plan: its WordPress hosting pages list plans by number of sites, space and backup. So the question is not "which plan has WordPress", but "how many sites will I have, and how much backup do I need?".

The summary of the choice: the number of sites, the space and the backup decide the plan. Chart by Em Casa com Cecília, from what Hostinger's pages say on October 30, 2026.
  • Up to 3 sites: Premium. Your blog and two more projects, or a test site next to the main one. It has 20 GB SSD and weekly backups.
  • Several sites or a store with WooCommerce: Unlimited. Unlimited sites, 50 GB NVMe and daily backups. In a store, orders and stock change every day, and a weekly backup leaves a whole week out.
  • A store or a site with heavy traffic: Cloud Startup. Unlimited sites and 100 GB NVMe. It is the most expensive plan on the page, and its renewal is the highest too.

When in doubt between two plans, look at the backup. If you will not change the site every week, weekly backups are enough; if you sell or publish every day, you want daily backups.

Price and renewal on October 30, 2026

The prices below come from Hostinger's international site, in US dollars, read on October 30, 2026, on the 48-month term and the campaign's promotional price. The monthly price is the total divided by 48. Renewal is the monthly price after the first period. Prices can vary by country and currency, so check the cart:

"Renewal costs about 3 to 5 times the promotional price. Choose the plan by the renewal column, not only by the entry price."

What comes with the plans

From Hostinger's international page, on October 30, 2026, without a test of our own:

  • Sites and space. Premium: 3 sites and 20 GB SSD. Unlimited: unlimited sites and 50 GB NVMe. Cloud Startup: unlimited sites and 100 GB NVMe.
  • Backups. Premium has weekly backups and Unlimited has daily ones. The page we read does not say which backup Cloud Startup has, so check it in the cart.
  • Domain and e-mail. They change by plan and by period. Check in the cart what comes free and for how long.

How to start: the checklist

  • 1. Count your sites. One, up to three or more. In most cases, that already picks the plan.
  • 2. Sort out the domain. Check whether your plan includes one, or point a domain you already have. Note when it renews.
  • 3. Install WordPress from the hosting panel. You do not need to download the files by hand.
  • 4. Choose the theme before the content. Switching themes on a full site means rework. Prefer a simple theme that is updated often.
  • 5. Install few plugins. Start with what the site needs today: a contact form, SEO and, in a store, WooCommerce. Each extra plugin is one more thing to update.
  • 6. Make a backup before changing anything. Before changing the theme, updating a plugin or changing the store, check the panel for the date of the last backup. With weekly backups, this matters more.

If you already advertise on Google

According to the terms of the promotion, read on October 30, 2026, anyone who creates or connects a Google Ads account through the Hostinger panel integration and spends USD 500 in the first 60 days gets USD 500 in ad credit, in the United States. Google decides who is eligible, the promotion can change, and the terms give no expiry date. It is for those who would spend that amount anyway; it is not a reason to start advertising.

If you do not want WordPress

If you do not want to install a theme or a plugin, or update anything, the same plans come with Hostinger's AI website builder, formerly Horizons. The comparison by type of project is in Hostinger AI Builder (formerly Horizons): is it worth it, or WordPress?. If what you need already has a plugin name, stay with WordPress.

The rules for the code and the other products are in Hostinger coupons.

Which plan to pick: the verdict

Pick Premium if you have one, two or three sites and publish now and then. It is the cheapest entry and renewal on the page, at US$ 10.99 a month when it renews.

Pick Unlimited if you have a store or many sites. The daily backup is the main reason, and it starts here.

Cloud Startup only makes sense if Unlimited is not enough. It is the most expensive, and the renewal of US$ 25.99 a month weighs on the budget.
